STUDENT FLAT
We offer student accommodation in West London for the academic year, normally September until June, for students and visiting professors. Flats for Internship are also available in the summer period (a minimum stay of 4 weeks gets better rates). All our flats are self-contained and our rental price includes central heating (October - 31 March), constant hot water, taxes and TV license. Broadband Internet is also available.
These prices include central heating, hot water / water rates, and TV licence.
We can arrange the council tax discount if you provide us with a full-time status student certificate.
Not included is electricity (lights, appliances, dependent on usage, normally about £20 per month) and Wifi (£25 per month).
We do not charge a deposit but we do charge a fixed end cleaning fee of £400 per studio and £500 per one-bedroom and admin fee equivalent to one week's rent. We would also ask you to pay rent up until end of November at the beginning of the tenancy and then each month is paid one month in advance, so we ask you to pay December's rent on the 1st of November and so on. We do not accept credit cards so rent is paid in cash at our office across the street by the rental due date. We also manage your electricity bill for you, so that would be paid at our office too. We also accept deliveries here for you for when you are out. Many of our tenants use this service for large packages and signed for items.
